Nipa promised that she would bring presents to kids or something. Eila likes that part of Nipa, but because she found the ordeal embarrassing she blurted "You're the reindeer!" and made Nipa dress like that.
Because of the weight of the important baggage they had to come down/crash from the sky. "Let's walk!" Eila said then confidently as if nothing had happened, and showed slightly unusual kindness. In summary Nipa almost gave up.
